Terren

In a groundbreaking collaboration, Motics partnered with DDP Innovation to electrify the Terren, an all-terrain vehicle originally designed for agricultural use. This ambitious project aimed to demonstrate the potential of electric mobility by attempting a world-record ascent of the Ojos del Salado in Chile, the highest volcano on Earth. The Terren’s successful climb to 6,510 meters showcased the resilience and efficiency of electric vehicles in the most demanding environments. Motics’ expertise in drive integration and software development was instrumental in this achievement, providing a robust and reliable electric powertrain capable of conquering extreme terrains and temperatures. This endeavor not only set a new benchmark for electric vehicle capabilities but also underscored the viability of sustainable transportation solutions in challenging conditions.
